This past winter, I stopped in Alabama to visit family. The day I was set to leave, I noticed that (somehow) the rear windshield of my car was completely shattered. I found Glastek in the phonebook and called to see how much it would be to get it replaced, and how soon it could happen. I spoke with Bill, who was so patient and helpful ot me! He conference called my insurance company to see what would be covered. Not having any experience dealing with car insurance companies, this was an enormous help to me! I am still heart-warmed by the way I was treated, and I really feel that he went above and beyond the service that I've seen in most comppanies these days! Additionally, knowing that I was in sort of a "time crunch" to be on my way, when he learned that his supplier didn't have the glass needed for my car, he called me right away to let me know, and even suggested a competitor, just so I could be on my way! I really wish that I could have given Glastek the business, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area in need of glass repair/replacement!
